My story
From the beginning of my career, I’ve been driven by a passion for creating meaningful change in businesses. My journey started in the broadcasting industry, and those early experiences taught me how to balance creativity with strategy, laying the foundation for my work today.
As my career evolved, I moved into senior roles, leading transformational change initiatives that aligned business operations with strategic objectives. I’ve always believed that operational excellence and leadership development must go hand in hand to unlock an organisation’s potential truly. That belief has guided me as I’ve worked with businesses to scale their operations, enhance team dynamics, and build resilient cultures.
Alongside my practical experience, my academic journey has played a pivotal role in shaping my approach. With a Master’s in International Business, Leadership, and Management from the University of York, and as I embark on a PhD exploring the alignment of structural and cultural transformation, I combine evidence-based strategies with real-world application. This academic foundation ensures that every solution I offer is practical and grounded in proven methodologies.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside visionary entrepreneurs, including Dragons’ Den investments. I've worked with organisations to drive growth and deliver significant results across revenue, operations, and team performance.
